Lipping machines with rotary table for ball valve edges

The lipping machines for ball valve edges are composed of:

• one (or two) stepless rotary tables, with mechanical adjustment of the rotation speed by handwheel, depending on the dimensions of the valve to be worked; the table supports a piece holder with steps dimensioned for the different bores of the valves.
• Belt unit with oscillation system, dimensioned for the valve sizes to be worked.

 The working cycle is automatically controlled by PLC.
